Well, I don't use it. That said, I'm thinking about the 2 different versions you mention and I only know about the 1, which leads me to believe that perhaps you're thinking about the fact that my mod includes the HUD adjustments that are meant to match the resolutions in the patcher. So, based on this info, I honestly believe that for MOST users all they need is dgvoodoo (and the mod, which likely has the HUDs for whatever resolutions they want to use along with dgvoodoo, and if a particular HUD is missing for a particular resolution the game will default to the one that is closest). So in my opinion the all-in-one should include dgvoodoo and the resolution patcher, but with the caviat that most of the time dgvoodoo is all that's needed with the mod, but when some people don't have success with dgvoodoo but use other means such as rivatuner, ect., then they should use the resolution fix, so we should include it as an install file in case they need to use it. And getting to your first question, with the understanding that the neat interface version is the only version, it is my understanding that the "exe patcher" does just that, it patches the game's .exe but does not replace it.

Ok, so I'm going to be doing more work on a lot of the maps, especially mine. A few things need to be tweaked here and there. Finnegan's 2 damoclese maps need to be renumbered to their original numbers because there's a "team map utility" that goes with them.
I like your map, "herby's river canyon", I thought I did a map like that but I forget. Anyway, I'd like your permission to bring the warning (yellow) boundary closer to the red boundary. Remember we talked about taking out the boundaries altogether for all the maps? I think I can do that in the workbench, let me know if you don't want me to do that on your map.
Also, remember that awesome map we played at the supply depot in op 4? Well, I wanted to include a re-done version of that.
Also, I had to re-number the c3 maps starting at 5 because I forgot to remind you to remember the Stock durgan city and spaceport maps that came in a later patch for the game.

Well... maybe I was a little ahead of myself when I said they're all done... Do whatever you think needs to be done. I have no objections to changing anything.
As for the "Supply Depot" map you're talking about... Did I delete it? If I did it's because there were aspects of the map that were missing or flawed... or maybe I just made a mistake...
There were a lot of duplicate or almost duplicate maps, incomplete maps, maps that didn't make sense. I deleted all maps that had missing aspects, and there were a lot of them. I only kept the maps with absolutely no issues. Fixing more than 100 maps was not something I looked forward to. I figured there would be plenty of maps left anyway. The 104 maps that were left may still have very minor issues but not deal breaking. I'm not sure. I didn't look at "every" aspect. That would have taken forever. I just tried to make sure the maps were complete and worked well.
What's this "Team Map Utility"?
The EXE patcher: I'm confused about this. I never used it. I don't think it's required with V2 of the res fix. I don't know. It's just another thing to deal with. I was hoping for a simple process to install the game and mod without jumping through too many hoops. The harder it is, the less likely people are going to want to mess with it. That's my problem now. I need a reinstall but I'm not sure what is needed and what isn't.

Funny as I was looking over the c1 maps today I found some of the gimpoid maps made by finnegan seemed like lazy copies of the finnegan maps. And the "MW3CP Ice Ring" was wacky! a bright red fog, crazy settings for wind and weather...it was nuts. So I basically completely revised it. I did skip doing anything to quite a few though. I did end up tweaking most of the maps made by me. Boundaries, bringing in some spawn points, but mostly fog and weather settings. "Methane Rain" was just silly with the green rain. I changed the fog and the rain to something more natural looking, and increased the temp. I might bring back some that you cut out, or I may not.
Don't worry about the exe patcher. And making it simple is the whole point of the next version of the mod. I wish I had the ability to do it as simple as the catalist quadrology utility.

I wanted to point out that the map I made had some strange boundaries ON PURPOSE. Please don't change these.

The boundaries were set specifically like they were because I wanted them to be at the absolute edge from left to right. It took me quite a bit of experimenting to get them set. Top to bottom is not critical. If you lost the original I still have a copy here.
