I'm planning on re-doing them anyway once I make the custom installer program.

I adjusted some MFB's. Many were OK but there were a few that needed to be adjusted and moved for better visual appearance. Finding level ground can be a challenge.
I've noticed while doing the ZBD folder that there are a lot of MW3 maps that are very dark. Over half of 'all' the maps are too dark for my taste.

Should we fix them? Make them a bit brighter?

when I culled c3 maps the dark ones were mostly repeats anyway so I deleted them. One of the dark ones was a map I made, maybe 2...deleted.

That's probably right. I deleted all the maps that had issues and all the maps that had stats missing (incomplete or uneditable). I think most of the dark maps are gone. In C3 there are only 3 authors. C3 had lots of junk. Raccoon_TOF AncientxFreako Finnegan_McCool All these authors had perfect maps... with the exception of a few MFB's that needed tweaking.

@ancientxfreako: I don't have C4b or C1 culled and fixed files. I think those were the two you worked on. I hope you have them. Can you send me yours please? ...so I have the whole set.

I seem to have misplaced c1 and will have to start from scratch again. Not sure, but I think you did c4b and it's somewhere in this thread.

Yep, you did c4b, it's on page 10 here. I thought of what the stealth point might be. It may represent the secondary mesh for each mech that is supposed to show the distance model, or perhaps the invisible "damage" model? Either way it should sit in the exact same location as player.

What do you need done in order to release a final version of MW3 MOD? Is there something I can help you with? I'd really like to get a final version out so it can be an all in one release. Maps, weapons, resolution... everything.

Yeah, me too. Well you could do the c1 culling I guess, since I can't find the version where I was working on it. Outside of that I basically just need to finish tweaking the newer version of the single-player campaign added enemies mod which fixes some mistakes, adds a few more enemies, and tweaks the AI (again) to match the property changes of some of the weapons and stock mech loadouts. Other than that I just need to put it all together to make the installer.

OK. I'm on C1 then. When I get it done I'll upload it here.

Cool. I worked on tweaking the lasers one more time today. I think you're going to like them. Still a slight "pulse" but a lot more damage. I think I definitely made them so that pulse lasers don't overpower them. As before, the IS lasers have a much shorter pulse so the damage is closer to the old-style instantaneous than the "ER" lasers. The Er smalls being the quickest. Increased the recycle time of the Heavy gauss, (for the same reason I did that on the lrm 20's, rather than take away gyro)
It's all gotten final tweaks, I think the balance is better than it ever was.

OK. C1 is done. All numbering for each folder start with 3 for obvious reasons. All maps (C1, C2, C3, C4, C4b, T1) are 'all' packaged above (previous post) for download. All maps fall into the temp range we had consensus on. There are 104 MP maps total. Plenty, I think.
I have a question about the resolution patch: What do we do about this, since it needs a patched EXE to work? This seems to be a snag in an all in one patch. Also, there are two patches. Version 1 (the one you use) and version 2 (the one I use) which has a neat visual interface for selecting different resolutions. Very cool. Your thoughts?
