In light of the fact that Infinite Fire, the author and "owner" of the original 'Mech3 community discord is never around to allow us to update anything, and that we have been in need of a way to make a kind of "all-in-one" page devoted to getting 'Mech3 and PM set up on players PC's, I've started a "Mech3 Community Discord 2.0" page, which has the beginnings of the "All-in-one" concept. lol wrong section dreamer, should have just made a new forums post about this.
And from how you asked (at least, I think this was a question...?) its not clear what you mean exactly...
If you mean how to actually create CG for those games. This isn't the forum or place to learn about that, you're going to have to youtube allot of guides on that and practice until you develop the skills to use software like Adobe Premiere, and other CG related video editing software.
If you're looking for the original CG intros of the game, buy the games. They're on it.
